This was one of our top raising emails for Rep. Xochitl Torres Small. This email was sent to her active list of 28k names and raised $14,055 from 218 donations.

Local coverage of our first fundraising email for Rep. Torres Small after the COVID shutdowns began in New Mexico. This email was sent two days before the first FEC deadline of the year — it was critical for us to find a way to continue fundraising while also recognizing that many of our supporters were not in a position to donate at the time.

A monthly newsletter sent for Rep. Torres Small. We invested in sending personal emails that reflected Rep. Torres Small’s voice, which enabled us to send long form, content driven emails like this that also brought in donations.

Dan had previously run in the 2018 cycle but his list had been cold for a year, so our goal with this email was to remind supporters of who he was and get them re-invested in his campaign. We adopted the sign-off Dan uses in his personal emails — “yours in service,”— to bring his voice into the program.

We wanted emails from Dan to feel like they were really coming from Dan and make our list feel like a part of the campaign team, while also using tactics proven to increase opens, engagement, and donations. This email had a >40% open rate.

Dan’s team was up for some fun, too. We didn’t want this email program to just raise a ton of money (which it did!) — we wanted it to reflect the candidate himself and the campaign he was running. Here are some of the fun things we put together:
